  • I support ambitious professionals; however, I am generally open to helping people who have a need, want to change and I can truly add value for you. It’s a collaborative process that requires commitment from you. I get a buzz out of creating insights where you think, feel or act very differently – for your benefit in your career.

  • I am 100% sure I have been in the exact same position as you are now. I enjoyed it but it wasn’t always easy. I didn’t think I needed help – I thought I had all the answers. I now know there is a better, and easier way. My work with you is practical, real-world and science backed. I am a hyper-rationaliser - psychology language for I love to help you solve your problems.   • I am flexible but find that we need at least 3 months (5+ sessions) for the most value for you. I work with people for extended periods if you are getting value.

  • The discovery session is free, so we can both see if we are a fit. I charge per coaching session (approx. 1 hour) thereafter – we discuss what I receive for future sessions at the end of the discovery session.

  • I tailor my approach to the individual, but generally there are two concurrent strands:

    1. I support you on the immediate demands of your role, difficult or challenging situations and people (e.g. job interview, promotion ambition, new role, etc). This creates immediate value. It also helps you to free up time and space for you to focus on the second strand.

    2. I am trained and qualified in various professional coaching and performance science tools and I tailor them to create a bespoke program for you. These methods are scientifically tested by Stanford and other leading US/UK universities. Nothing is rigid though, we pivot according to your needs.

  • My business qualifications are as follows: B.Comm, MAcc, FCA - qualified chartered accountant, but I learned more from 30 years in corporate business than these. I am a member of the Association for Coaching (with a Cambridge coaching qualification), and Psychology and leadership certifications (Yale and Cornell universities). Again, I learned more from the real world, and endless hours of research on leadership, psychology, neuroscience and performance science.

  • Yes, I mostly do video calls but am open to connecting face to face too – in fact this is most beneficial if logistics allow for you.
