Why Choose me:
I bring over 30 years of dynamic experience in the commercial sector, particularly in financial industries. My career has been a journey filled with challenges, successes, and invaluable lessons, all fuelled by a constant drive and adrenaline rush.
I have served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for several global companies, successfully raising $15 billion in debt and equity worldwide. I was instrumental in building two entrepreneurial start-ups, which we later sold for billions, to some of the largest corporations in the world. These ventures involved dual tracking for both Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and private sales—experiences I successfully navigated twice, once with U.S. private equity and then with Asian billionaire owners.
While financial returns often took precedence during these high-paced times, I always remained focused on the people behind the numbers. The human element was, and remains, the core driving force behind my leadership approach.
Throughout my career, I have directly led, coached, and mentored countless individuals, always recognizing and nurturing the potential of people. Over the past decade, I have delved into the science of leadership, human behavior, and psychology, seeking to formalize and enhance what was previously an intuitive leadership style.
After a rewarding corporate career, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to establish my own business. I further honed my skills by completing an accredited coaching course with the Association for Coaching and studying Psychology and Leadership with unmatched dedication.
Today, I channel this passion into helping others succeed—that’s my new source of fulfillment.
